Hope you will like the Skull head Icon pack.

The icons are specially designed for an harmonious yet Rock'n Roll look and feel. All your apps icons (no exeption) will have the same design (a skull head). It works on phones and tabs! (tried on nexus 4, samsung galaxy s3, s4, tab 2 and note 2)

For optimal result, set the icon size to 115% in your launcher.
[for Apex: settings > drawer settings (or dock settings) > Icons size]
[for Nova: Nova settings > Appearance > Icons size]

Works for Nova launcher, Apex laucher and ADW launcher. I did not try other launchers but it might work flowlessly.

Installation:
Apex launcher: Settings > Themes settings > Blue android icon pack
Nova launcher: Nova launcher settings > Look and feel > Icon themes > Blue android icon pack
