• Requires installation of the Polkast homebase, the free companion app that runs on the computer where your files are stored.
• Go to www.polkast.com on your home computer to get the free companion app.
• Supported OS: Windows 7, XP, or Vista; Mac OS X 10.6 or higher.
• Log in with the same username and password on all Polkast apps.
• The computer must be on, connected to the Internet and not in sleep mode to fetch files not stored in cache.

Permissions Needed by Polkast for Android:
• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and INTERNET: to detect network state and changes in order to provide the fastest connection to your computer
• CAMERA and RECORD_AUDIO: to allow you to capture photos or record videos from Polkast application and upload them to your computer
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, STATUS_BAR and VIBRATE: to download files to SD card and notify you when your downloads are completed
• READ_CONTACTS: to let you select email addresses from your address book when you share or send a file via Polkast
